The Virginia Black Business Expo is Virginia's largest business networking and educational event for Black-owned business owners in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia (DMV) area attracting thousands of attendees and showcasing more than one hundred small businesses and entrepreneurs.
During the multi-day experience, entrepreneurs are provided the opportunity to acquire new customers by selling products and services. This is an opportunity to expand business-to-business (B2B) networking connections further increasing business revenue and growth.
In 2021, the VABBD surveyed participating business owners who indicated that they collectively generated a combined revenue of more than $100k from business-to-consumer (B2C) connections. The Virginia Black Business Expo is the perfect platform to network, collaborate, and grow through the power of connections, inspiring conversations and invaluable resources that will help you make your business dreams become a reality.

THE BLACK BUSINESS EXPO & FOOD TRUCK FESTIVAL
The Black Business Expo & Food Truck Festival will feature more than 100 black owned businesses to shop from. The Food Truck Festival will feature various types of cuisine and this year we are adding a Beer Garden, Wine Tasting and outdoor Cigar Lounge to add to the experience.
This event is for the community, business owners, entrepreneurs, families, young adults and children of all ages.

Calling All Business Owners & Entrepreneurs! The Virginia Black Business Directory (VABBD) is hosting a two-day learning experience. The business conference is designed to provide business leaders with expertise and networking opportunities to sustain growth and achieve ongoing success.

THE GREAT BLACKSBY GALA & LIVE MUSICAL PERFORMANCE BY KEKE WYATT
The Great Blacksby is one of the highlights of the weekend. Our annual Gala is dedicated to celebrating the achievements of entrepreneurs and black business owners. The evening will be filled with inspiring speakers, networking opportunities, delicious food and drinks, a musical performance by Award winning artist Keke Wyatt, and awards for outstanding achievement in the business world.
Throughout the night, attendees will have the chance to learn from experienced business owners who can provide invaluable advice and insights. This includes keynote speakers who have achieved great success in their fields as well as veteran entrepreneurs who can provide real-world wisdom on overcoming challenges and making it big in business.
At this special event, awards will be given to outstanding individuals and organizations that have made substantial contributions to their communities or industries. These awards represent not only recognition for hard work but also a reflection of how far black business owners have come as a collective group. It is an invitation to celebrate each other's successes while inspiring others to achieve greatness.
